In her role as Account Manager, Lisa is responsible for customer-account management, new-business development, contract definition and negotiations, and cross-functional team development
She works with clients to identify business needs and develop solutions, prepares detailed proposals or statements of service, and develops implementation plans and on-going support strategies. Lisa is also responsible for project management, and works with vendor partners to deliver custom solutions. She’s also involved in tasks like product research, and special licensing and fulfillment programs designed to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Lisa has worked in the technology-consulting business for over thirty years and takes pride in working with clients to develop technology solutions to solve business problems. She excels in developing long-term customer relationships.
Lisa began her career with ASCC in September of 2002. She has extensive experience with PC and server solutions, as well as infrastructure solutions. While employed by ASCC, Lisa has gained experience on IBM midrange solutions, including the Power platform.
Lisa graduated from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business with a BS in Marketing and Management. She also holds the following certifications and experience:

- System i Collaboration Sales
- Citrix Certified Sales Professional – Application Virtualization
- HP Sales Certified – Networking

The Personal Side
When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her daughters, extended family, and friends. Lisa is enjoying being a new grandmother. She also enjoys most any outdoor activity, including walking and working outside in the yard. She loves all sports, but is especially fond of Indiana basketball and Notre Dame football.
